My sign-in code hasn't arrived

Check these first

1. Check your spam or junk folder, and on Gmail the Promotions and Updates tabs.
2. Check the email address you typed for typos.
3. Wait a minute, then tap Resend. You can request a new code after 60 seconds.

The code doesn’t work

• Codes expire after a short time. Request a new one and use the most recent email.
• Make sure you’re entering the code from the latest email, not an older one.
