Add your result after a race

Updated Oct 26, 2026 · 1 min read

Log a finish time, a DNF or a DNS, or defer the race, then rate your effort and write a recap.

Open Add Race Outcome

After race day, open the race (from Home, Upcoming or the How did it go? notification) and tap Add result.

Choose what happened

  • Finished: you crossed the line.
  • DNF: you started but didn’t finish.
  • DNS: you didn’t start.
  • Deferred: your entry moved to a future year.

If you finished

  1. Enter your official chip time in hours, minutes and seconds.
  2. If we found a matching run on Strava, you can bring in its splits, pace, heart rate, power and route. Your time stays the official result.
  3. Tap Continue, then rate your effort and write a race recap: what went well, how your fuelling and hydration went, and whether you felt fresh. Both are optional, and Skip and save saves just your time.

Your recap is private. It shows as Race Day Recap in the race’s details, and you can edit it any time.

If you didn’t finish

For a DNF you can add a reason, a recap and how far you got. For a DNS you can log it, move the race to your deferred list, or delete it.
